DO WE SHOW UP ONE TIME ON THIS PLANET ?

What Do You Think...? I know it's hard to believe! close your eyes and start imagining about the people who lived before us! do you think they're still alive?  But is that true? Do you think when we die and there'll be no second chance? is it one way trip? no return policy?  Does it mean we had one way flight? Let me take a break... Let's explore a bit, old analogy when you see it, then you believe it. Okay means we have to see it. world is full of dreaming am I dreaming? or it's just an illusion?

I took deep breath and I say YES, I got it, and I hold my horses! Until one day my mom she was talking about her mom on the phone with me. We are human and we are curious! Pursuing the fact, Rationality (the quality of being based on or in accordance with reason or logic.) I said Mom I never saw my grandmother. I said wait a minute, I asked myself, If I never saw my grandmother does it mean she was not existed? Again, questions scroll my mind? since than I ignore and disregard about when you see it, then you believe it I became more curious than I start searching. until my thought stops on stop sign, I found that technology discovered Biometrics mean if someone show up again .. The databased can easily recognize and detected. Unfortunately, no record No evidence of my grandparents I really miss my grandmother. I was fascinated by biology DNA

DNA can help us to find our grandparents, if they were register in DNA system! The result will be a piece of paper, but not our parents! One The I will Leave This Planet, It Doesn't Means I Was Not Exist! Reality Check. Yes, this is me who saying it

All  A are B                                                            All Human life is mortal
X is an A                                                                 John is an Human
Therefore X, is B                                                    Therefore John's life is mortal

If we knew the present completely, we could completely determine the future. (Laplace)

Have a nice trip, whoever left before us ..

MAKE A TO-DO LIST

W riting a to-do list may not seems like much of a brain booster, but it is figuring out your priorities and filtering out the nonessentials are higher level cognitive tasks, and practicing theses skills keeps your brain in top notch shape . Also translating a big-picture problem or goal (" Get ready to file taxes") into its smaller tasks ("find my W-2 and Get recommendations for which tax software to use") is another executive function making a to-do list creates mental space for doing other tasks, not just remembering the various thinks you have to do. plus using a to-do list can make your feel good . one study showed that you get a little dopamine rush every time you cross a task off your to-do list ( dopamine makes you feel good, elevating your mode ). You should list even small tasks just for the reward of marking through them. one researcher explained that the frequency of process is more important to your brain than how high the progress is, Practically sp...

Your mind is listing (Watchout! ) 👀

Please do not share this article with "Bruce H. Lipton" ;)  Something that made some changes in my life. Book ' "The Biology of Belief" I found that the more you are aware of your thought the better result you get. "Epigenetics" you would say I know this, but Bruce has been proved thoroughly. when your thought is positive the cells band together, they increase their awareness boundaries, and protect your cells from survival portion, it proved more efficient for the community to have individual cells assigned to specialized tasks.   Cell biologist has identified a special enzyme called telomerase whose function is to extend telomer length. Telomerase activity is the molecular equivalent of the "Fountain of youth" telomerase activity enhance health and extends life.  Stressful prenatal developmental experiences, childhood abuse (both verbal and physical), domestic violence, past-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) lack of love all inhibit telomera...

DO NOT OVERDO IT

A study of male Harvard graduates compared longevity rate of major athlete ( meaning those who lettered in a particular sport), minor athletes ( those who participated but didn't letter), and nonathletes. It was assumed that the major athletes, who presumably exercised the hardest, would have the greatest longevity, but in fact, it was the minor athletes who lived the longest. What does this means? for starters, when it comes to life-extending physical activity, moderation is best. there`s no need to train like an Olympic athlete, because too much is just bad as too little.  Studies suggest that overexercising actually decreases the number of new brain cells your body creates. In one study, rats that overexercised produced half as many brain cells as rats who hadn't even exercised at all. Of course rats are not people, but researchers theorize a correlation to human overexercising.  The key is to strengthen and maintain your body`s and brains system,...
