  100 years from now all of us will be death , someone else will living inside your house, the car that you driving it going to be scrap metal. everything that you worked so hard to build gone!  Give a way forgotten  and your name will completely fade away within couple generation - Think about that   do you know your great grandparents? full name their story anything about them?  This should make you realize that 99% of the worries that fill, your mind every day is completely pointless.  We are living on rock that spinning 1000 miles an hour in a universe with 400, million sextillions start  and we going to dead soon, if you think about that for a moment, every single day that awareness, that none of that actually even matters!  can you free you up to truly live your life?
