Fight For Your Youthfulness

 

Before I get under skin of this topic, I think it's not bad Idea to write about "who we are? " Let me start with other live creature such as Animals. Did you know that animal getting thirsty and looking for water as well ? Of course. Did you know Animals getting nap? Did you know that some of the animals are step ahead of Human. "Extrasensory perception or ESP" Some of human can build ESP as well.



But what's the point.. I need your attention here.. Animal knows when they get thirsty .... But they don't know How they know *... ! Very interesting point. that's why they don't care! NO depression No Stress No Anxiety so on. 

HUMAN the most complicated creature. My word Humans are like water, if you put them in any place they form theirself like that place ... Now Let's talk about human capabilities! if you get tired you will take nap because "you know what is the benefit of taking a nap! " Sleep experts have found that daytime naps can improve many things: increase alertness, boost creativity, reduce stress, improve perception, stamina, motor skills and accuracy, aid in weight loss, reduce the risk of heart attack, brighten your mood and boost memory so on... this is only human who are pursuing and worry about every stuff. You know WHY? because death is concern! human does care about live. 

But Human are involved into two dangerous substances. Emotional , Desire! that cause death and ages as well, I am reading a book "Why we Age what science is discovering about body's " Author: Steven N. Austand, Ph.D. what he have mentioned that most of  causation, beside the Genetic or we designed to age, we are mostly emotionally involved to the most part of our life activities,  we can't measure how emotional attack our DNA, and damage our DNA it's same speed limit of car, if you drive over limit you will damage your car engine right? Hard to isolate, but human can isolate back to my analogy we can form and we can change our mindset. if we admit that we were wrong! 

We curious to know, what else is there? like me It's Okay but if you cross the border.. you can't measure your suffering or depression until you meet a doctor then you will find that you possess depression.    

 Desire; I wish I had a "Mercedes Benz", Now daydreaming. do you know how many types of daydreaming we have? positive and negative. Positive something you can do or you can get or you are . but Negative is something you just wishing "jealousy ", something you are not capable of, or your not on that environment, or what I notice the recent generation, when they see something like a nice car, they just want that car right now, no matter what it takes or required. mistakes "ask the owner of that car. how did you get this car? " I am sure if you have time he or she will explain the story. he / she went through and extra miles. Nothing Comes easy !!! But what if we control over desires ? instead of asking more question, our brain must proceed the answer of each question! My word "The More Question You have The Bigger Challenge You Face " 

I Think it's better to stop writing, the conclusion is Love yourself, Respect Yourself, Control your Desires, get the control of your emotional. Live for today and wish wonderful live for tomorrow. Be kind ... You don't Know about tomorrow. Be respectful, Human Love RESPECTATION. Be gratitude of who your.... YOUR ENOUGH ..!

  What help me the most after 30 years? The four agreements (Book). What are these agreements? Four AGREEMENTS   1.         Be impeccable with your words: Speak with integrity, avoid gossip, and use your words to spread truth and love. Avoid to spry bad words. it will be against you!
