DOES IQ MATTER ?



IQ  is a type of standard score that indicates how far above or how far below we're or per group an individual stands in mental ability. The very first IQ tests were designed to identify schoolchildren in need of extra academic help or support, Later on it flipped individuals who had higher intelligence than the average,

                                                



On a standardized exam, specially the Standford-Binet test the average IQ score is 100, Anything above 140 is considered a high or genius level IQ, estimated in between 0.25 percent and 1.0 percent of the population fall into this elite category.

  1. Learning and developing more slowly then other
  2. Rolling over, sitting up, crawling, or walking much later than developmentally appropriate 
  3. Difficulty communicating or socializing with others
  4. Lower than average scores on IQ tests
  5. Difficulties talking or walking late
  6. Having problem remembering things
  7. Inability to connect actions with consequences 
  8. Difficulties with problem-solving 
  9. Trouble learning in school
  10. Inability to do everyday tasks like getting dressed or using the restroom without help 
Anytime something occurs that interferes with a person's brain development there is the risk ! 
Problem that starts any time before the age of 18 as a result of injury, disease, or abnormality in the brain! but the most common causes and risk include 
Genetic:  mean inheritance from our parents 
Physical:  such as some diseases and infections such as whooping cough
Environmental: problem during of pregnancy, drug, alcohol, oxygen deprivation increase the risk and finally traumatic brain injuries 

Now what makes you Smarter and recover your IQ included genetics ?

  1. Be present! 
Be student of life, not just wealth, health and happiness. Study history, science, Psychology, Art, languages, math, music, etc these gives you more reason to live longer

      2. Play brain game, 
such as Dual N-Back, HumanBenchmark, Do this 20 minutes a day, it will improve your working memory, and one study showed it increased IQ drastically. 

      3.  Do regular high cardio exercise.

      4. Learn an instrument,
